Welcome to BostonBargains ("BB", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the BostonBargains website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use BB only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any content you post and for your interactions with other users. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Postings

You are solely responsible for the listings and content you post on BB. You agree not to post:

  • Anything illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • Prohibited items, services, or anything that violates applicable law;
  • Spam, bulk or duplicative postings, or automated content;
  • Content that is hateful, harassing, or harmful to others.

BB may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice.

3. No Endorsement

BB is a venue that allows users to post and find listings. We do not own, sell, resell, inspect, or endorse any of the items or services listed, and we are not involved in transactions between users. You deal with other users at your own risk.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Fees

Posting and browsing on BB are free. Certain optional features, such as Premium Alerts, may carry a charge, which will be disclosed before you purchase. You may cancel optional paid features at any time.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BB and its operators from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
